I can't make my workshop, what can I do?

Cancelling more than two weeks in advance

No problem, let us know 14 or more days in advance that you will be unable to attend: you can be fully refunded or reschedule at no additional cost.

Cancelling less than two weeks in advance

We regret that no refunds or free rescheduling is available for any reason as we are unlikely to be able to replace your booking and the workshop will go ahead with the remaining participants. If you wish to book on a live published date in future we may be able to offer a 25% discount.

'No shows''

We regret that ''no shows'' or cancellation for any reason, within 24 hours of a workshop do not qualify for a future booking discount.
