VOUCHER T'S & C'S

• Vouchers are valid from 2 years of the purchase date (please quote your voucher number when you contact us to book).

• All vouchers within date have an value equal to that of the initial purchase that can be used in the shop if preferred. Often day or taster workshop vouchers don't show a value if the gift giver preferred this, if you're unsure of the value we can look it up for you.

• Within the first year you may book onto any date with sufficient places, or request any new date (at least one month ahead) to suit you.

• After the first year you can still take advantage of late booking or cancellations, as shown on your voucher and/or booking email. This mean contacting us to book onto a live date a week or less of the workshop running (we can't set new dates or reserve places ahead as although your voucher is still valid, prices will have increased over the years). This need not apply if you are also wishing to bring a new full paying companion with you, just contact us to book any date as normal. And remember you can still use your voucher to purchase pots and clay etc. from our shop.

• Your voucher is over two years old and so no longer valid? We know how disappointing it is if you forget a gift, so although your voucher has expired in year 3, you may use it for a further 6 months as a 25% discount on purchases for courses or in our gallery shop.
